We are creating places that people call home but we are also creating job opportunities too.
We support the local economy through the regeneration of underperforming assets. This adds long term benefit to the community through the creation of employment both during and post development, from the team of experts that come together to make the project viable to property management, maintenance and carers for our supported living projects.
Place
All of our projects are chosen for the possibilities they hold and are created with functionality and design at the forefront.
We believe design must be useful, functional and uncomplicated so getting the spatial design right is a must, to make it feel like home. Creating a sense of community is also important so we are always looking for spaces to encourage that within our homes.
Planet
We believe we can all make a difference in helping the planet, big or small.
We are now exploring low carbon heating, the environmental impact of materials, eco alternatives to plasterboard and look to source sustainable materials with a low carbon footprint. We look at landscaping and how we can create green spaces to encourage wildlife. All of our projects have bike storage facilities and we ensure that all of our properties are within a 15 min walk of local transport and amenities.
