Edwardian Properties are our favourite – large rooms with high ceilings, leaded windows, original fireplaces, cornices and beautiful ceiling roses.  We have had our eye on these beauties since 2015 and after engaging with the owner for several years, have finally secured them on an option.

This pair of semi-detached houses are on large plots in Southwest London. 2,400 sqft over three floors.  They are in quite a state of disrepair and will need a lot of TLC but this doesn’t worry us as we have a vision and can see their beauty.

Stepping over the threshold you are transported back in time. Each of the 8 bedrooms has a cast iron stove, wall mounted water geyser and meters inviting you to put in another shilling.
