We took an unmodernised, odd shaped, 3-bedroom end of terrace and turned it into a 7-bedroom Co-Living space.
Located in a blue-collar area, after many discussions with local agents to understand the requirements of renters vs rentals cost, we decided not to add en-suites to each bedroom. This may have been a mistake long term and something that we will relook at in the future but for the time being it is working well.
