A typical Edwardian Semi-detached that required full modernisation. It has a great footprint high ceilings and much bigger than the usual semi found in this area. This project involved the whole team.
Located between two stations with direct links into London and in several catchment areas. It was such fun doing this project. A bit of a splurge adding the large island in the kitchen but the beautiful piece of granite has really made this space pop.
The ROI is lower than normal, however the equity uplift compensated for this.

Installation of underfloor heating to the ground floor
New flooring throughout and full decoration
